"Everything was wonderful "

"The carpet in our room was ripped and looked dirty, and the bed skirt had a big stain on it. It was ripped it made me feel like the room was dirty. They were out of a lot of stuff for breakfast and we were down there early around 9 AM."

"Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes...

"Our room was pretty dirt but we got in late. There was a big wad of hair on the bathroom floor. There also looked to be boogers wiped on the bathroom wall and the tub was dirty. Other than that we were not in our room much due to a tournament. Breakfast did end really early. I feel like most hotels it is open till 10:30-11 but this one closed at 9:30 sharp! We missed it by 4 minutes"

"The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise."

"É um hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Quarto espaçoso. Havia 5 abajures mas apenas 2 funcionavam. Não havia Wi-Fi disponível. O chuveiro era bem antigo e desconfortável. Funcionários atenciosos. "

"I needed a quick place to crash for cheeep . This was it . The kid checking me in was very nice . Honestly the entire hotel smelled like weed . As soon as you walk into the lobby to moment I got to my room. As for my room. Lots of pillows l like that . The mattres was hard . Like I feel the springs in my back hard. And the air conditioner was subpar at best pushing out at 60*"

"Room service was supposed to come by every three days they never came by. Every time with any employee except for one guy and one gal it was like the end of the world that they had to do there job or they would answer my questions with the most attitude most of the staff seems like crackheads they found on the street lots of claims to have any kind of kitchen tool you could need they would have this is not true tried asking for 4 things in there list and only had one of them and the walls are...

"Hotel was under construction for upgrades. Our room was upgraded and was excellent "

"Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location."
