"It was very clean and nicely decorated. The house is a cool old building. The AC worked great (important, as it was super muggy outside.) I was only there for a couple nights but I think it would have worked well for a longer stay. "

"House is as described. Super comfortable and wonderful location!! Kitchen essentials and appliances were amazing to have. The beds, reading nook and couches were comfortable for hanging out and reading in long stretches. Great communication with the host when questions needed answers. My friends and I definitely want to come back to this exact house again. Location is perfect to walk on Main Street. "

"Very nice rental, extremely well stocked and close to the shops, the Katy Trail and the River front park. "

"We booked this home because we had to be in town for our grandson’s surgery at Mercy Hospital. This location was close enough to get back and forth and there were lots of cute places just a short walk away. The home’s renovation was very well done and we were comfortable. My only feedback is I needed to use the desk upstairs to work and there wasn’t really a chair in the house that worked well for that. Even just having a folding chair in that bedroom would be great. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This is a fun property perfectly located just a couple blocks from Main Street and all its shops and restaurants. Very clean, very comfortable and a nice yard for our dogs.Thanks for sharing your home!"

"Everything was easy. Very quiet neighborhood. Shaved duck right down the street. The place was spotless. Easy entrance. No issues. Very relaxing."

"This place was very comfortable. The shower was so relaxing and the couch was more comfortable than the bed. It was nice to hang out and play some pool as well! I didn't even mind it being right off the bush street as the car traffic and sirens weren't the worst thing ever. Totally will book again! "

"We absolutely loved this place! I would recommend this place. We had one issue but it was resolved. If you have children, I would probably stay somewhere else. There are bars all around and gets loud at night but it does get really quiet after 1:30 a.m. The property manager was absolutely amazing and is very quick to respond to your needs. "

"I sisnt like rhat the property was dirty when i arrived and still had to pay cleaning fees. Also the shower and bath wasnt readhcto be used so i had to ojt the unit into a nother unit to shower/bath"

"y husband and I enjoyed our 6-night stay in the Cozy Clark Suite. The accommodations were clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it was within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants the neighborhood was very quiet. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the back, off the alley. One caveat – if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the unit for you. The stairs that enter from the back of the property are quite steep. We would...
