Our accommodations offer space, style, and flexibility—whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group—here you can spend time together, enjoy some privacy, or explore the culture of Central Germany. Spanning approximately 360 m², you’ll find beautifully renovated rooms featuring natural materials and thoughtful details. It’s also ideal for temporary living—e.g., for retreats, coaches, expats, medical professionals, professors, or visiting lecturers.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area, a cozy bedroom with a double bed (blackout curtains), a large built-in closet, and a desk, as well as a directly adjacent shower room and a separate guest restroom.

On the upper floor of this unit, there are two additional bedrooms with blackout blinds, as well as a cozy bathroom with a bathtub. In the hallway, there is a built-in closet with an ironing board, laundry baskets, and towels. A crib is also available.

The reimagined barn, featuring a glass-framed gable and large dormers, impresses with its open floor plan and cozy fireplace, a spacious living and dining area, a sleeping area, and a private shower room.

The spacious outdoor area of approximately 2,000 m² enhances the special living experience. This includes a newly landscaped garden with a pool, sun deck, barbecue area, wild meadow, and a carport for two vehicles, as well as a play area for children.

Your children are in good hands here: cribs, high chairs, outdoor toys, and books are provided. You’ll also be well-connected digitally—with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, streaming services, and a comfortable workspace. A washing machine, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.

This way, we can work together to ensure that the neighborhood, facilities, and overall conditions are suitable. Please observe the applicable quiet hours (10 p.m.–6 a.m.) and make sure the number of guests is agreed upon in advance. That way, nothing will stand in the way of an unforgettable, harmonious celebration.
