Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed this condo! There was plenty of space for everyone and all the little things (like tissues, paper towels, plastic wrap, and even humidifiers) were included.

Great location

I was fortunate to be able to stay for several weeks with family and friends and fully enjoy the advantages offered by this property - very convenient location to the bus stop to/from Breck (or Copper) - and this same bus stop allows you to catch the bus to/from the supermarkets (near the Frisco transit centre); full kitchen for self-catering but also only a short walk to Main street and so easy to visit any of the bars and eateries; good living space upstairs ; secure underground garage for car parking was great when we got a car - and from Frisco it is only a short drive to Breck & Keystone and not too much further to Vail and Beaver Creek. So if you want to visit various ski resorts then this condo is a great place to stay in a great location in Frisco. Basically, we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great condo in a wonderful mountain town (Frisco)

This is the 3 rd Bears Den condo we have stayed at for spring break skiing at Copper mountain. Like the first 2, this one was great. Frisco has a lot to offer (shops and restaurants), all within walking distance. Copper Mtn is a short drive away, and is set up well for commuter skiing. . I especially like the secure, underground parking. The owner was responsive to inquiries. The condo was clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything needed.

Great place; great location

This place was a fantastic place to stay! Would recommend to almost anyone. Only one block from the summit stage (free bus) system. The unit was very large, clean, and convenient. Great having two baths and laundry in the unit. Only thing of note, the main living area is upstairs so if you struggle with stairs it may be difficult. I didn't initially get the email with check-in instructions but once received info from owner, he was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. Still would give this place 5/5.

Clean comfortable condo with excellent location

Location one block to Summit Stage stop at Main and 6th was ideal for catching bus to Cooper and Breck. Underground parking was a much appreciated amenity since we travelled to Frisco in search of snow. Condo was clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Great communication with our host. Overall and excellent experience and we’ll look for the same place the next time we are in Frisco.

Great place!

We had an amazing time in Frisco. The condo is great in that It is a block away from Summit Stage. And it’s within walking distance to all the Downtown Frisco shops, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

Outstanding!

House was well laid out and very clean. The Summit Stage bus stop was literally a 3 minute walk from the door and we’re at Copper within 15 minutes. All free but more importantly convenient. Owner Matt was extremely responsive.

Great property in a fantastic location - garage is a HUGE plus

Recently stayed in Frisco at this condo which is located very close to downtown Frisco. This condo is very well kept and all of the kitchen essentials (basic spices, basic condiments) were already there when we checked in. The mattresses in the master and second bedroom were very high quality. We had one person choose to stay on the pull out couch on the second floor which is a typical pull out couch. Extra blankets and pillows were also provided. The greatest quality was the heated garage. It was awesome not having to clean off the car in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!!!!

Property was in perfect location, only one street over from Main street with shoppes and restaurants. We literally walked to dinner every night! Property owner was great and very easy to communicate with!!

Excellent find in Frisco!

When the worst thing that one can say after a 10-day stay is that the toilet paper was single-ply, you know you found yourself a good find! This condo really had nothing to be improved. The beds were comfortable, the parking fantastic, and the distance to Main Street (1 block) can't be beat. The kitchen was fully stocked. The owner had just installed a smart thermostat the week prior, and we did battle with it a bit to not be 77 degrees, but that should be quickly resolved as the settings get figured out. I would certainly stay here again!

Comfortable. Convenient. Awesome!

This place was incredible for our family's stay in Colorado! Everything we needed was convenient in the condo and the location could not have been more perfect. Tons of restaurants, bakeries and stores around. Easy to rent skis and get to ski resorts by free bus (pickup half block away) or car. Totally relaxing!

Great location

This property is so convenient to downtown Frisco and a short drive to Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Arapho, and Loveland ski resorts. Plenty of room for the four of us. Warm, comfortable and nice parking garage.

Central location for skiing

Perfect location between all the ski spots - 1/2 block walk to Summit bus to Copper or Breck - several good restaurants within a few blocks - very convenient if you just want to ski and then relax.

Great location for easy access to multiple ski resorts.

Well maintained property in downtown Frisco. Easily walked to restaurants as well as having easy access to I-70. We skied Breckenridge, Vail, Copper, and A-Basin. In the winter, it sure is nice to have access to a garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Frisco. Condo was clean and modern and had lots of space. It was exactly what our Family of 5 was looking for. It was a 15 minute drive to both Copper and Breckenridge so location was perfect for our ski vacation.

Great place, great location!

Came with my two grown sons on our annual mother/son ski trip and this could not have been a more perfect place to stay. The location is ideal. Frisco is a great town to use as a home base while skiing Vail, Copper, Breckenridge, and A-Basin (not more than 20 mins from any). It has all the amenities and historic vibe of a quaint mountain town while being super conveniently located right off I-70 in the heart of all the mountain destinations and ski resorts. This condo is perfectly located right off Frisco's historic main street and within a block or two of all restaurants, shop, and bars. The great part about it is that you are not sacrificing anything to have this premium location--the condo is wonderful! It is modern, clean, spacious, well-stocked, comfortable, and Matt the owner was very responsive. The heated garage parking was awesome, too! The gas fireplace cranks out an incredible amount of heat--sometimes too much and we had to turn it off or open the balcony door to keep it from getting too hot. The only thing I wish it had is a hot tub, but that is not a deal-breaker for me. We come to CO at least once or twice a year and have rented a variety of places in a variety of locations, but this was the best. It will now be our go-to spot for next year, too! Highly recommended!

Location Location Location and Quality of Rental is the Best

The location of this rental to Main Street in Frisco is awesome. Very convenient to all restaurants including 5th Ave Grille and Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe. The quality of everything from appliances, bedding, dishes, etc. is outstanding and you can't beat the heated garage. Convenient access to many resorts in the area that let's you get off the mountain and experience small town Colorado living.
