The upper-level features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The green master suite includes a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, double vanities, and a private toilet room. Step out onto the master’s private deck for stunning views of the golf course and nearby pond—keep an eye out for turtles and even the occasional alligator and enjoy a cozy bed swing to take in the views. The pink bedroom offers a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a balcony, and peaceful ocean views. The third upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, featuring two sets of bunk beds, its own en suite, and ocean views from the balcony.
