The Space:

Welcome to 660 Newhaven, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo located in the highly desirable Ocean Point area of Fripp Island. Thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished, this inviting retreat provides everything needed for a memorable island getaway.



The well-equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and a pantry, opens seamlessly to a spacious dining area with a table that seats up to 8—perfect for shared meals and gatherings. Adjacent to the dining space, the living room is decorated in soothing blues and creams and offers a comfortable sectional sofa. Step out onto the generous deck to enjoy refreshing coastal breezes along with glimpses of the pool and ocean beyond.



The primary bedroom also enjoys these serene views and is furnished with a king bed. Its en suite bath includes double vanities and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads for a spa-like experience. The two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen—share a full bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath near the entrance completes the layout.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
