On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining nook, and direct access to the roofed terrace. A first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and benefits from a private shower and WC. The fully equipped kitchen is also situated on this floor and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A second shower and WC is available on this level.
