Luxury Family Villa EMG Frankfurt Heidelberg

The high-end villa is a spacious and luxurious holiday villa in a perfect location. Frankfurt city centre, the trade fair grounds and Frankfurt Airport can all be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes. Heidelberg and Mannheim are each approximately 25 minutes away.

With a total living area of 350 m², the villa offers plenty of comfort and privacy for large groups and families. According to the current information, the villa provides accommodation for up to 17 guests.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, a large garden, a sauna and a sunset terrace.

This is not a conventional or heated swimming pool.

The villa is located in an industrial area. There are no noisy production facilities in the immediate surroundings.

Upon request, we can arrange various additional services, including a private chef, luxury car rental with vehicles such as Bugatti, Ferrari or Bentley, a chauffeur and a shuttle service.

Rental and pricing conditions

Security deposit: €1,500

During the high season, from April to the end of November, a minimum stay of three nights applies.

One-night bookings are possible by prior arrangement and are subject to a 50% surcharge.

A 30% surcharge on the total booking amount applies on public holidays.

During major trade fairs, a 50% surcharge may be applied to the total booking amount.

For special dates such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve or major trade fairs, we reserve the right to apply different prices, minimum stay requirements and occupancy conditions. The applicable terms will be provided upon request.

The villa is also ideal for creative projects. Photo and video shoots are possible upon request.

The outdoor areas at the house entrances are monitored by video for security reasons. Please inform all members of your group accordingly.

The number of guests stated at the time of booking is binding and serves as the basis for calculating the rental price. If more guests arrive than originally stated, an additional fee will be charged for each additional guest for the entire stay.

The photos show the current condition of the villa. As individual pieces of furniture and equipment may occasionally be replaced or changed, minor deviations are possible.
