This home has a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It has an open concept living space with vaulted ceilings and a lovely kitchen with granite countertops. Two full bathrooms and a linen closet.

I like to give guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home on their own terms. I'm always just a message away if you need anything, but I won't be checking in constantly — feel free to reach out whenever something comes up, and I'll respond quickly.

Southeast Fresno: quiet neighborhood of single-family homes, local parks and elementary schools, and nearby neighborhood-serving retail. The vibe is residential with convenient access to major east–west arteries (Kings Canyon/Clovis) for shopping and services. Notable nearby points: commercial strips on Kings Canyon Road, Fresno Yosemite International Airport to the east, and central Fresno ~6–8 miles east of downtown.

Driving is the easiest and fastest option; the property is near major arterials providing direct access to State Route 99, CA-180 and other city thoroughfares. Fresno Area Express (FAX) operates fixed-route buses across the city — riders can use the FAX route maps and the My FAX Bus app for stop information and schedules. Amtrak (San Joaquins) serves downtown Fresno station; taxis, rideshares (Uber/Lyft), and airport shuttles provide convenient point-to-point travel. Biking is possible for short trips but infrastructure is limited in places, so combine with bus service where available.
