Downstairs Bedroom and Bathroom

* NO SMOKING INSIDE
* DO NOT FLUSH tampons, baby wipes nor napkins down the toilet
* PET allowed with extra cleaning charge and rules acceptance .

- Please respect the boundaries of our Neighbors DO NOT CROSS
- Please take your SHOES OFF when entering the house (we provide house sandals/flip-flops)

Entire house included garage and private back yard Except some locked inhouse closet.

Other things to note :

Dog allowed with extra fee $35 each dog and maximum are 2 dogs allowed .

For security purposes, we have 2 outdoor cameras located at the Front porch, and the backyard.

There are extra fees for more than 8 guests.
