Worst-case
I had the most horrible time at this hotel. The staff was very dry and cold this was disheartening. I needed help understanding the policy of the deposit which I got charged $20 the 1st day and then the second time I tried to stay $200. Got pushed away due to not knowing the policy. They canceled my room and never gave me a refund. Do not go to this establishment in Fresno on, Shaw and Clovis.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please note, what you are saying is incorrect. Our deposit fee is listed on the 3rd party website where you booked. You did not stay at our property because when you were told the deposit amount, you became verbally abusive and threatened to assault our staff. Your reservation was cancelled because of your egregious behavior, not because you needed help understanding a policy. The local police were also contacted, and you were issued a notice of no trespassing. These reviews and continued harassment of the hotel are in violation of this policy.

Nicest hotel in Frez
Hotel seems brand new, comfortable bed and nice layout to the room which feels like a studio apartment. Smart tv, spacious modern bathroom and kitchen. Nice new clean hallways, elevator, lobby and good breakfast.

This was not my first choice for a property to stay at. My original reservation could not be found at a different hotel and I was placed here by Expedia. I was very happy with the staff and the room. It was a beautiful property.

My room wasn't cleaned properly. I found an empty shoebox, a giant childs wand, a pair of nativ shoes and half drunk bottle of water. I have photos of all of it. And although the toilet was clean, someone had vomited on the wall next to it and that wasn't cleaned. I checked in super late the night I arrived, so I just cleaned it myself and went to bed.

Mini King Bed
The hotel and our room were really nice, spacious, clean, great amenities and the staff were great. Only complaint is that we booked a studio with a King bed and sofa bed. Our room, while spacious, included 2 full size beds. That was disappointing when half way thru the night we ended up in separate beds because one did not have enough room. This is why we always book a King bed.
