Although the host was quick to communicate and help us get a refund, some of what she said when we voiced concerns didnt make sense. This was one of the worst places weve stayed. The house smelled like it leaked gas when we first walked in. The smoke detectors were taken out. My nephew cut his foot from shards between couch cushions. The host said the cleaners were there that morning, but the glass door had handprints everywhere, kit hen cabinets had gunk on them, the sink still had food pieces in it, and there was toilet paper left in the toilet. One of the bathroom drains had gunk in it, and there were still alcohol bottles in the backyard. There was food and trash under the sofa my crawling son could've gotten into.
