Hello Danny, I'm saddened to hear about your negative experience with us. We try to make every stay as great as we can. I had my housekeeping team look over the room you rented and do a deep cleaning. Although our hotel is a little dated, we are on schedule to remodel this year and would love for you to give us another chance in the future.

Hello Jorge, Unfortunately, we do not have any bathroom fans. We have continuous air that circulates threw the hotel. I'm going to have my maintenance go in and identify the noise and fix the problem. Thank you for your honest feedback and hope to see you again soon!

Hello,Each room has their own thermostat, the hotel does not have access to the units or temperature of each room. If there were any issues, please contact the front desk and they will gladly assist you.

Hotel renovations are scheduled to be done this upcoming year. Also, we do have a shopping center within walking distance from the hotel that has many entertainment options including restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre.
