Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious vacation home. Feel free to relax or have fun with the whole family at this centrally located place with easy access to the airport/shopping mall, restaurants/freeways. Walking distance to Fresno State Stadium. Less than 2 miles to Save Mart Center. 1hr. to national parks. Friendly and Safe neighborhood. Fiber internet. Insulated patio cover with fans. Heaters. speaker. Projector.120"Pull down screen.Tiki Bar.42"mobile TV. Chimney. This place has 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and private bathroom. Two standard bedrooms with queen size bed and shared bathroom. All rooms have a spacious desk ideal to work on your laptop, a full body mirror, iron/iron board, a TV with Chromecast to stream anything directly from your phone, a modern drawer chest, two night lamps with charging stations and a charging cable adaptable for every type of phone. Blackout curtains to maximize privacy, reduce outside noise and regulate temperature. Two spacious living rooms with queen size air mattress for each living room.
The main door will have a temporary access code. The bedrooms will have a secure smart lock with key pad. Travel Crib pack n' play is available upon request. Also depending on my availability, I will be happy to pick you up/drop you off at the airport, bus or train station. Rite Aid and Valero are walking distance. In addition, there are two living rooms with two queen size inflatable mattress and an electric pump.

Late review, but had to make sure I leave one. Great place to stay. Plenty of space, very clean, and the host is fantastic. There were a couple of hiccups but nothing major and the host was incredibly helpful. Would recommend if you’re in the Fresno area.

Tropical vibes, mellow neighborhood

Our entire family enjoyed our Thanksgiving gathering at Tropical Paradise! The backyard and bedroom tropical decor is a sweet touch. Plenty of TVs! Fusball, darts, jumbo Connect Four, a pool (unheated - it was too chilly to try it out), outdoor heaters, and 30+ chairs/barstools outside that would make for a perfect family reunion, graduation party, or space for friends to get together (note: it's not a 'party house'). We'd definitely stay again.

Graduation Party

Rene and this property were both fantastic from beginning to end! We were looking for a property for our family to stay and host daughter's nursing school graduation party.This property was perfect! House has lots of space inside and out. It rained most of the afternoon of the party but with covered patio, umbrellas, outdoor heaters (propane & electric), the celebration didn't miss a beat! We hosted 50-60 people of various age groups and everyone had a wonderful time. Lots of space and seating areas inside...the patio furnishings and coverage made it feel like an extension of the interior and let us have a wonderful celebration with not a care in the world about the rain! Rene is a wonderful host who was so accommodating with tables, chairs, information on all the amenities available...everything! We will definitely rent this property again for our next family celebration in the Fresno area!

Great home space

The inside was typical of a rental space. It was comfortable. It is the outside, particularly the backyard that sets this place apart. The relaxing outside makes you feel like you are not in Fresno. A wonderful place to stay to relax after a busy event.

Very pleasant stay

We are happy with our stay, the property is clean and spacious with nice pool area with everything needed. The host is welcoming and responsive. The only thing missing was the dryer which wasn't available due to our stay was only one night. Everything soaked well in the sun though.

Perfect for short break, tricky for long stay

The outside space, living rooms and all bedrooms were perfect. Super clean, comfortable and really well thought out (especially the garden). The host was superb - incredibly responsive and helpful. The kitchen was not great for us as we stayed a week but I think it would be fine for a short stay. We wanted to cook most meals and found it hard. There is only one frying type pan (lots of saucepan/pots but no other ‘cooking pan’), only one chopping board, the knives are blunt and there is not enough cutlery, mugs etc to fill the dishwasher before you run out - so we ended up hand washing everything which wasn’t a lot of fun. The kitchen is pretty old and tired and the insides and outsides of the cupboards and outside of the fridge aren’t the cleanest - unlike the rest of the house which is amazing. There is no access to a washing machine without the owner’s escort. The listing says there is drying facilities which I then (wrongly) assumed meant there was a washing machine. This was pretty inconvenient, but was my fault for not checking with the owner before we booked. Last thing is that the garage is used by the owner as a service area which was not made clear to us. This area opens up into the house but cannot be secured by the guest, and when we arrived we unknowingly opened the door when looking for the washing machine and found the cleaning lady chopping fruit and chatting on the phone. This access to the house wasn’t what we thought we had rented, so was a surprise!

A true paradise

Where to start?!? Rene has an amazing home and he is a great host. The whole house was immaculately clean. We felt totally at home and the backyard was the perfect place to spend the day. Rene has put a lot of thought into every detail to make this the perfect get away spot and we enjoyed every minute of it. I recommend it 100%!!!

Great Get-Away!!

The location of this property is perfect - an hour away from Yosemite entrance and close to many restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and outside activities everyday & even watched a movie outside! I cannot compliment Rene enough! He made sure that all of our needs were taken care of and even went out of his way to help us with a dead car battery. I highly recommend this property to others and would definitely stay here again! One more shout out to Rene for making it a great experience!

Perfect for small events and staycations.

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Rene on the property, he was an amazing host with a beautiful home. Extremely helpful and polite. The house is more beautiful in person and my family loved it so much that they asked if we can stay another night. We had a little event for my sisters 21st birthday, our guest’s were thrilled about the swimming pool and corn hole, (cousin even got excited about the outdoor restroom) it was just perfect! So many things do that we even forgot about the giant jenga! Id say the home definitely exceeded our expectation and I would absolutely book again.

Decent for a quick stay over, needs some attention.

Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to enter. Every door to every room has a number key lock on the handle. Know your combos, because that can be a serious issue for any emergency. The toilets had plumbing issues, clogs easily. The air mattresses all had leaks, need replacing. The grill was not cleaned from previous guests (which is a rule), so we couldn’t BBQ the chicken we brought. The outdoor area is perfect for pets-safe & secure. Good location to everything.

Amazing Property
