The house comes complete with all your essentials, such as Wifi, a pool, cozy bedding,
fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, a well-supplied kitchen, water dispenser and dependable Wi-Fi
Other things to note
There is a trendmill located in the garage, feel free to use during your stay
Small amenities like a treadmill, weights, kettleball, and yoga mat.

The fire extinguisher in case of emergency will be located in the garage

Our bright living room area is complete with electric fireplace and 70-inch Smart TV

Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment.
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.

Our home is SHOE-FREE to keep the desert dirt & sand away.

Out of respect for our friendly neighbors please keep noise at a minimum.
Quiet time is between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please treat our home as if it were your own.
Any damages to the home or breaking of house rules may result in charges up to $1000.

Before check-in in we require a picture of the ID for security purposes.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

No pets allowed unless authorized. Should you wish to bring a pet, please request authorization (for number and type of pet(s)) before booking. Our pet fee of $250 (per pet) is due upon booking.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available if requested at least 24 hours in advance for a fee of $50 per hour. It is required to add all guests on the booking that will be present in the home if there is a family gathering or birthday party please message us.
