Apartment 'Casa Baja' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Casa Baja with step-free interior is located in Fresnedillas de la Oliva and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Air conditioning is provided. The vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a garden, open and covered terraces, and a barbecue, offering plenty of options for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Finca el Olivo de Fresnedillas is not just a village house. It is a private estate of one hectare located 300 meters from the square of Fresnedillas, therefore well communicated but also isolated to enjoy the authentic and quiet rural atmosphere of the western mountains of Madrid. Come with your family or friends, leave the car in a private parking lot and enjoy the magnificent views that extend up to 80 kilometers. Old hayloft and annex stables completely renovated in 2011, its already aged walls have lived the history of Fresnedillas for the last two centuries.



Trying to preserve as much as possible the original structure, natural materials have been used to convert it into three comfortable houses ideal for group celebrations, family events or simply to enjoy its many hiking and mountain-bike trails in an area that is a Site of Community Interest and Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA 56).



Our three houses can accommodate groups from 4 to 20 people. And for larger groups we have a separate room with capacity for everyone. Enjoy a dinner with family or friends or a party until the wee hours of the morning while the children sleep.
