"The rooms where very clean. Shower handle was odd but gave hot/cold water when needed. Staff are very nice and helpful the ones that can speak English, ones that dont do so try to help. Parking needs better spacing my opinion spots are too close together. Hard to open door when another vehicle next to you. As for breakfast, not much to chose from for what we pay for a room but waffles, cereal, maybe muffin or yogurt not too bad... If needing a place this is not a bad place at all an do recommend...

"This was by far the nastiest place I have ever been in. There was dog feces everywhere outside the entrance. The smell was atrocious inside and out. The first floor reeked of dog poop. The elevator didn’t work half the time. The lock on the door was broken. My bathroom door had huge holes broken thru it. The floor was so sticky with dirt. I DO have photos. This place should be closed. The only plus were the two front desk employees who were kind. If I could have found another hotel that late...

"This was our first stay at a Tru hotel. We were quite surprised at the lounge area and the area with a pool table. Very good to know for future reference. Beautiful, brand new hotel (or seemed to be anyway). Our stay was very relaxing, aside from someone next door making a bunch of noise. We, however, were so exhausted we fell fast asleep anyways."

"The staff was amazing, but the property needs some major upgrades. My room looked like a lot of seedy things had taken place. There were holes in the walks, foot prints on doors, cigarette burns on the bedspread, and we actually witnessed a bit of "illegal trade" happening on the second floor. I'd suggest the owner take care of his kind and thorough staff and invest, AT LEAST, in a coat of paint in the rooms. "

"We stayed at this hotel only for 1 night, we were passing through the city. The check-in was super fast, the receptionist was very polite and efficient. The room was super clean, this is always my main concern, and here I was surprised in a very positive way, there was nothing to complain about cleaning.
