The Laid Back Lake Shack on Jimmerson

Tastefully decorated "beachy" lakefront cottage right on the shores of Jimmerson Lake with gorgeous sunset views, a sandy swim area perfect for dipping your toes in the water while the little ones swim and plenty of dock space for your boat. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, cottage is perfect for making memories on the Lake James chain for up to 8 guests. From the sunroom you are 10 feet from the water. Enjoy the spacious yard for evening time fun. Plenty of parking, and parking for your boat too!
The space
Take in the lake view as soon as you walk through the secluded gate to the property. Enjoy an evening sunset with a full view of Jimmerson Lake on the 20× 20 stamped, lit concrete pad.

Lounge on the sectional next to the fire pit as you enjoy the summer night sky. If it's more of a beachy feel you are looking for, move around to the Lake side of the property and rest your toes in the sandy swim area or enjoy a nap in the hammock, all while not missing a minute of the view.

Enjoy excellent fishing off the dock. Cook out on the grill from the deck while watching the family play corn hole in the spacious yard. When the day is over, watch your favorite movie with the family on the spacious sectional before retiring into one of three cozy bedrooms for the night. Enjoy a shower in the newly updated bathroom. Sip your coffee from the dining room table that leads to the 876 square foot deck that spans the length of the cottage just steps from the water before you start the fun all over.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire home, spacious yard, deck, & swimming area. The only area that is restricted is a separate detached garage space which is used for the owners storage.
