Experience marina life on a 50-foot houseboat in Fremont, WI!

Settle into marina life on this roomy 50’ houseboat—your floating home base for Wolf River adventures! This houseboat is stationary and cannot leave the dock. With 4 sleeping areas and 1.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for families, friends, or anyone who believes life is better on the water. The marina is a no-wake zone, but there may still be some minimal wave action from boaters on the river.
A rental agreement and waiver will be required before arrival.

Inside, you’ll stay comfy in any season with heat and air conditioning, plus an onboard kitchen stocked with the essentials-stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, and coffee maker. If you'd rather have a cookout, we've got you covered! The houseboat is equipped with a gas grill for easy dockside meals. The marina has wireless internet, so you can stay connected.

The boat has 100-gallon freshwater capacity as well as 100-gallon black tank capacity. There is dockside water for easy freshwater refills. The marina has a pump out station and staff will take the boat for a pump out as needed. Guests also have access to additional onsite bathrooms and showers as well as coin operated washer and dryer. There is a dumpster at the marina office to empty trash cans and recycling.

Garbage bags, broom & dustpan, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dish towels & soap.

Items we recommend you bring:
Queen size sheets, pillows and pillowcases, blankets or sleeping bags, bath towels, shower supplies, sunscreen, bug spray, phone charger, paper plates and plastic silverware (if you don't feel like doing dishes), storage baggies/storage containers, coolers, board games, bait/tackle, fishing gear, bottled water for drinking and cooking.

Step outside to your waterside seating area, perfect for morning coffee, sunset chats, or simply watching marina life drift by. Convenient parking makes arrival smooth, and you’re just moments from local restaurants, riverside bars, and live music in Fremont—all the perks of the perfect river town getaway. There is boat side parking for one vehicle with additional parking across the bridge at the marina office.

Want to explore beyond the dock? Add a little adventure with an optional pontoon rental, ideal for discovering nearby sandbars, beaches, and the best swimming spots. If fishing is your thing, the Wolf River and surrounding lakes offer abundant opportunities to bring home the big one!
Can you bring your own boat? Of course! We have a private boat launch on the property you can use. There isn't overnight docking space, so your boat has to be taken out of the water after use. We have ample boat and trailer parking in our lot.
