Your parked car will be safe in the fully enclosed property. You can, if you wish, do everything on foot without traffic constraints. The beaches and restaurants are 400 meters away and the city center is 500 meters away with its Tuesday and Friday markets will delight you. There are also 2 mini-markets. With the car, a hypermarket is 5 km away.

The apartment consists of a very large modern kitchen, a bar with stools, a living room with two sofas, a desk and a large 165 cm flat screen, all overlooking a loggia. A toilet in the entrance with cupboard.
There are two very beautiful bedrooms: one with 1 bed of 140 which opens onto the terrace with French window and the other with 2 beds of 90.
Each room has its bathroom with walk-in shower and its separate toilet.
