📍The apartment is located in a prestigious building, on the 3rd floor with elevator, offering direct access to the port, shops, and restaurants. 🛏️ You will enjoy sleeping arrangements for 4 people: - in the bedroom, with a 140cm double bed and a dressing room - in the living room, with a sofa bed with a 140cm mattress, a wardrobe for your belongings, and air conditioning ❄️ 🚿 The bathroom includes a toilet, a walk-in shower, a vanity unit, a towel warmer, and a hairdryer. 🔆 The private west-facing terrace offers magnificent sunsets over the Var mountains. It is equipped with an extendable table that can seat 4 people for a convivial meal. A clothesline is available on the terrace. ✨ For your comfort, the following are included in the reservation: - High-speed Wi-Fi - Television with 240 channels - Bed linen - Bath towels 🛒 A Proxi mini-market is located at the foot of the building.

🚌 A 2-minute walk will take you to the "Port Fréjus Ouest" bus stop, which will take you to the Saint-Raphaël SNCF train station, or to the Fréjus train station, in 10 minutes with bus line no. 1.

🅿️ To park at the bottom of the building, you have a choice of 3 parking lots:
- at the bottom of the building, 2 free parking lots from November to March, with possible charging of electric cars. Between April and October, these 2 parking lots are paid during the day from 9am to 12pm, then from 2pm to 7pm
