The house offers an unobstructed view of a green setting and a deep blue pool. Nestled in a quiet residential area, the long summer days are punctuated by songs of birds, cicadas and ploufs in the pool!

A quick access to the motorway (2 min.) Allows easy access to the major spots of the French Riviera (Saint Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco, etc.) and the picturesque villages of the hinterland (Bagnols in the forest, Caillan, Mons, Montauroux, Fayence, Seillans, Tanneron, Tourrettes, etc.) to enjoy lakes, caves, rivers and waterfalls.
Not to mention the Calanques de l'Estérel with its forests and numerous coves, so close by taking the road to the Corniche d'Or (breathtaking panorama)!
A PLEASANT AND WARM VILLA
The charming steps of the house, with its small fruit gardens on both sides, invites you to enter an open living space lit by several bay windows.
A beautifully equipped kitchen overlooks its typical summer terrace.
A large terrace in continuity with the dining-room and the kitchen invites you to relax and enjoy family meals outdoors, day or night.
In the large living room, the many sofas give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the library offering music (vinyl and record player), video (cable), reading (comics and novels), board games galore and computer ... Although the Rain rarely comes to thwart the hot days!
A quiet space offers clean, relaxing rooms with shaded terraces and elegant water features covered in aged pink travertine. A dressing room with linens and plenty of storage is very useful.
AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL
Outside, the garden is landscaped with a central space to enjoy. The pool with submerged beach for children (and adults), has just been realized for our greatest pleasure. With dimensions of 8x4m and 1.50m deep along the entire length, it is an ideal space for play and relaxation for all. The temperature of the water varies between 25 and 30 degrees in the summer! Its wooden terrace allows you to relax and perfect your tan like at the beach (less sand!).
Mediterranean plants are in the spotlight: olive trees, aromatic plants and garrigue. Fig trees bring a freshness that is welcome when the sun hits hard.
A small wooden pergola with its wrought iron garden furniture gives a little freshness and the opportunity to meet to enjoy the barbecue in the evening.
A laundry area with bathroom and pool accessories is available.
PARTICULARITY OF THE PLACE
This is "the potter's house": in the basement is his old workshop, which is closed, except for an introduction to pottery for a few hours if you wish!
AROUND
The house is located in a private residence safe and quiet, while being close to shops, the city, its Roman remains and large beaches (2-10 min by car).
You can walk to the neighborhood house which gives free access to the petanque.
The villa is bordered by a large vineyard, the Clos des roses, where visits, tasting and restoration are proposed (with reservation). It is possible to access it on foot, by the garden of the villa (chuuut!).
Opposite, the farmer offers fruit and vegetables "organic and local" and delicious specialties (good value for money).
Between the beaches and the hinterland of the Var, 45 minutes from Saint Tropez and Nice, the geographical situation is central!
