Upstairs: a mezzanine with a reading nook, a bench, a TV, a video projector, 2 terraces, a bathroom with a toilet, a double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a large bedroom with a 130x190cm bed and two 90x200cm single beds that can be arranged into a 180x200cm double bed, 2 single beds (90x200 cm), one of which is a loft bed. Please note: the villa is located in a residential neighborhood; so parties such as bachelor or bachelorette parties or any other festive events are inappropriate for a stay in this villa (a decibel meter has been installed outside the villa to provide real-time alerts in the event of excessive noise that could disturb the neighbors, allowing us to ask you to reduce the noise if things get out of hand).
