The large open kitchen of 15 m2 is seamlessly integrated into the living space and includes a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. The first bedroom spans 15 m2 and is fitted with a panoramic window and 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by a fan. The second and third bedrooms each measure 15 m2, both featuring panoramic windows and 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, each also equipped with a fan. The fourth bedroom is the largest of the sleeping quarters at 20 m2 and includes 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a fan, a private bathroom with a bidet and a double hand-basin. The apartment also includes a separate shower room with WC. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the floors.
