In the heart of the Massif de l'Esterel, come and discover this haven of peace nestled in the heart of a prestigious residential park with trees. You will appreciate the tranquillity of the place and the exceptional natural environment laid out in flowered restanques of Mediterranean essences.
You will have a 70 m² flat, which can accommodate 4 travellers, composed of a living room with sofa, two bedrooms, a shower room, a kitchen, as well as a private terrace, ideal for relaxing while admiring the sublime view of Mont Vinaigre. Sheets and towels provided.

Accommodation:
The flat has the following layout:

- An air-conditioned living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, and a dining area for 6 guests.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, toaster, croque monsieur, crockery and cutlery, electric griddle, bar with two armchairs...
- A first bedroom, with a view on the terrace, fitted out with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- A bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a hair dryer.
- Shared laundry room, equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The exterior:
- A beautiful private terrace of 25 m² with a barbecue, a table and chairs, a parasol and 2 deckchairs. An ideal place to relax, to read, and to contemplate the magnificent view on the landscape.
- A forest area of 10,000 m² for walking.
- A relaxation area where you can enjoy a bowling pitch, a ping-pong table, as well as various games: darts, rackets... and a tennis court accessible to our tenants of the residence.
- Loan of tennis racket and golf club.

The area :
The accommodation is located in a magnificent private domain of 300 hectares, secured, and is ideally situated between the sea and the mountains. You will find all the small tourist shops in Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel nearby, as well as a shopping area with a supermarket in Mandelieu 5 km from the accommodation.

Activities :
The owners will propose you a program to discover the French Riviera and its numerous attractive sites. You can go hiking or mountain biking on the marked trails of the region, spend a pleasant day at the edge of the lake of Saint-Cassien, walk along the coastline, go to Cannes for your shopping, bask on the beaches of Cannes, Mandelieu, go golfing, walk in the heart of the Massif de l'Esterel, make a tour in Saint-Tropez and its surroundings...
