. The villa, which was completely renovated in 2022, is located right on the Côte d’Azur in an ancient Roman town called Fréjus on the “Tour de Mare.”
Nice Airport is just a 45-minute drive away, and Marseille Airport is 70 minutes away.
The charming town of Fréjus itself is situated between Cannes, St. Tropez, and a variety of beaches, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. There are several beaches, restaurants, water and adventure parks, and interesting sights, such as ancient amphitheaters and aqueducts.
The fully fenced villa, with 3 parking spaces on the property and 2 parking spaces next to the villa, is situated above Fréjus with a view of the sea and is surrounded by many palm trees and tropical plants, making Villa Riposa the perfect haven for relaxation.
The villa features a very large pool (15 m x 5 m), allowing guests to start their day with a morning swim and relax all day long on one of the 12 lounge chairs. In addition, the pool area features a shower room right next to the pool, equipped with a shower and toilet. An outdoor hot-water shower right by the pool is also available.
There are plenty of places to escape the Mediterranean sun. At the back of the house, guests can gather around a garden table with a large barbecue grill and enjoy relaxed evenings grilling.
After sunset, you can enjoy the view over the city of Fréjus with a glass of champagne on the south-facing terrace or on the terrace of the top-floor suite.
The villa features 4 bedrooms: 1 suite on the top floor, 2 bedrooms on the middle floor, and a separate studio located in the lower part of the building overlooking the pool.

There are 6 bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, as well as a whirlpool.
On cooler evenings, a fireplace in the large living room invites you to spend cozy hours or enjoy a night of TV.
The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, complete with a large American-style kitchen island, an oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare a delicious meal. Right next to it is the dining room with a large dining table, the guest restroom, and the utility room, where you’ll find an additional freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and necessary cleaning supplies.
However, if you’d like to enjoy a relaxing vacation with professional housekeeping, this can also be booked as an add-on. This includes a linen change and cleaning service, and, if desired, breakfast as well.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning; the bedrooms also feature air conditioning, televisions, and built-in closets. The beds are already made with the finest hotel-quality linens, and there are plenty of shower towels, hand towels, and washcloths available for every guest. Shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion are also provided in the bathrooms. A hair dryer is also available upon request.
In addition, guests can enjoy a soak in the whirlpool in the top-floor suite.
The two bedrooms on the first floor are separated from the rest of the living area by a door, ensuring a quiet night’s sleep. The sleeping area in the studio by the swimming pool has its own separate entrance.
All bedrooms have direct access to the large terrace and Wi-Fi. The property is fully monitored by video surveillance; however, the cameras are turned off during the rental period, as contractually guaranteed.
