Check-in antes do horário e isso é sempre bem-vindo. Quarto muito bom, localização maravilhosa. O único inconveniente foi não ter frigobar no quarto.

Localização perfeita.
Excelente hotel a poucos passos da Münstreplatz e do elevador que leva à base da Schlossberg. Ficamos no quarto triplo que, apesar de um pouco apertado para quem tem muita bagagem, é bem confortável. Excelente café da manhã. Bons restaurantes nas proximidades. Para quem está de carro, tem um estacionamento público com acesso direto ao hotel. Localização perfeita para conhecer as belas cidades da Floresta Negra. Recomendo.

Ótima localização
Um hotel bem localizado no centro de Freiburg, bem perto da catedral. O hotel fica num centro comercial e o estacionamento fica embaixo com elevador direto ao hotel. O estacionamento fica na rua de trás da entrada e a comunicação do estacionamento e o hotel fecha as 23 horas. O quarto não é muito amplo, mas é limpo e confortável bem como o banheiro.

Localização perfeita, a alguns passos das ruas mais bonitas de Freiburg e da Catedral. Localizado no pé da Floresta Negra. Ponto negativo é que não havia frigobar no quarto. Estava muito calor e não podíamos ter água gelada no quarto. O staf é muito simpático. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo, e a cama bastante confortável.

Great hotel and great location. The negative point is the breakfast price if not included in your reservation: 16 euro per person (price in march 2014). Though it was really good it shouldn't cost that much. Very close to city attractions.

This is a good hotel in the centre of Freiburg i. Br. The rooms are OK, and so is the personnel. The dining options leave something to be desired: on Monday there is no possibility of dining in the hotel, which was an inconvenience. On our way backj we could sample the menu, but it was not up to much. Parking is in a garage under the hotel. On oru way back, however, the floor of the garage which had parking places reserved for guests of the hotel proved closed, and the garage floor underneatch proved rather busy. It would have been different had we been informed of these changes.

お昼に到着後、すぐチェックインできて助かりました。部屋は広く清潔でよかったですが、冷蔵庫がないのが残念でした。場所は、観光にも買い物にもとても便利でよかったです。

Personal nicht sehr gut geschult. habe reklmamiert dass die Dusche nicht sauber ist. Wasserkocher nicht gereinigt wurde. Ist gar nicht darauf eingegangen. allgemein nicht sehr freundlich.
