We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Fréhel, this charming house with a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two shower rooms, a terrace, and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa-bed, armchairs, library accessible by 4 steps.
- A dining area that can accommodate 8 people.
- A spacious kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
- A laundry room.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (pull-out bed 80x190) and a bunk bed.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 250 m², mostly south and west facing.
- A wooden terrace overlooking the garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days, accessible from the living room.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, baby bed, changing table, baby bath, safety gates for the stairs, toys and board games fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant environment, 10 minutes walk from the beach. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as restaurants, bars, markets...

- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 28 km away (30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport at 31 km (36 minutes by car).
