The Beach and Surf is Just Steps Away!

As seen on HGTV’s Beach Front Bargain Hunt season 25 premiere!

Built in 2014, this updated beach house is steps away from the water. Guests can entertain family and relax in and out with 3 bedroom 3 bath home with 4 decks, which all have views of the ocean and bay. The home will provide accommodations for 10 and provides a kitchen which is stocked with all the utensils and cookware to satisfy the chef in you. There is also a gas bbq with provided propane. The living room and dining table has plenty of seating to eat, play games or work on a puzzle. There’s patio seating underneath the home as well as an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) to be enjoyed after a day playing at the beach.

Tip Sea Turtle has many other amenities all included. Brand new furniture, high quality towels and linens. There is a full size washer and dryer. Each queen and full bed have memory foam mattress covers on them. High speed WiFi, DVDs, family games and puzzles to maximize family time.

Packing everything you need for the beach takes a lot of room. So we keep beach chairs and a wagon for your use. Even a shovel to help you dig a hole for a bonfire.

The home has 2 master bedrooms that each have a queen sized bed. One with a full bath and the other a 3/4 bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds, single over full. All bedrooms are on the second floor and there is also a 3/4 bath on the main floor. Enjoy ocean views from both master bedrooms.

There is a cleaning fee to pay the house keeper for thoroughly cleaning the house after every guest stay. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your vacation!

Easy check in/out. Guests will receive an unique code that will be active throughout their stay. No rusty lock box to tackle.

Surfside is a quiet village a little over an hour away from Houston. This one traffic light town has beach front dining, a couple convenient stores along with food trucks on the weekends. There is great surf fishing and a crabbing pier to be enjoyed. Walk along the beach or jetty and watch dolphins and turtles swim by.
