Steps to this pedestrians only beach where children can run and play at leisure

Gulf Breeze is a fun and cozy 4 bedroom Beach Cabin that sits on Pedestrian Beach with unobstructed views of the water. The house has a large, open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Room that all have great views of the ocean. The front deck is partially covered with built-in seating so your guests can easily sit where is most comfortable for them without leaving the group. Here at Gulf Breeze you can sit on the porch and feel like your on the beach.

Optional Linen Service - Customize Your Stay & Save! We understand that everyone is looking for ways to make vacations more affordable, and we want to give you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. That's why we are now offering optional linen service for your stay!

Here's how it works:
• Bringing Your Own Linens: If you prefer to bring your own, you will need to bring all sheet sets, bath towel sets, and kitchen towel sets for your group. Beach towels are not provided.
• Opting for Linen Service: If you'd like us to provide linens, we will supply sheet sets, bath towel sets, and kitchen towel sets. We'll also make the beds and place towels in the bathrooms so everything is ready for your arrival.
We kindly ask that guests wash all provided linens before departure.

Linen service pricing is based on the number of guests the home accommodates and the number of bedrooms in the property. If you would like to add this service to your reservation, you can choose this option at check out.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. Convenient location and space

The house was in a perfect location. The access to the beach was perfect. The accommodations were good. Communication with the property manager was above and beyond. Quick to respond and accomodate needs. Only complaint i have was there were no basic household supplies (toliet paper/papertowels/dish soap). Other then that we would absolutely stay there again!

Not big enough for 16 people

The location was nice! We enjoyed the beach! However, we think that the house shouldn’t be advertised to fit 16 people. We were only a total of 12 because one of our friend’s son got sick a day before our trip. It worked out fine as there was no place for them to sleep if they came. Also, there was only 1 trash bin provided. Other beach houses provide 2 for 3 day stay especailly for large groups. It is very inconvenient foe guests to bring the trash to the office.

Enjoyed our stay

The house was clean when we arrived and the location is amazing! The rooms are spacious as is the kitchen and living area. Beds and furniture are comfortable. The house could definitely use a second trash service can. Overall everyone enjoyed our vacation and the kids loved the beach and watching the ships coming in and out of the Port! Sitting on the deck and enjoying watching the waves, sunrises and sunsets! I highly recommend this house!

Have had better experiences

Let's keep it nice and say that this property has comfortable beds. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking stuff but you need to wash everything coming out of the cupboards prior to use for health reasons. The property sits on the rock seawall exactly between two beach access points. The Management company was very quick to respond to request or problems. The dryer works but you have to hand turn tub at times to get it to spin. Unlike some properties this has no paper towels, one roll toilet paper, no spices or any items for cooking except salt an pepper. There was no hand soap or dish soap except dishwasher liquid. There was one old chair left on the deck, but it does have a picnic table and a built in bench around part of the rail. We enjoyed our stay however we will think twice before staying with this property group again as we have to go home and clean everything outside prior to taking into our own homes to avoid bring home little friends. The management did send someone to deal with the friends but it didn't help at all and we even tried Walmart stuff. Apparently they are immune. I would again says it is a nice home.

Great Location

We really enjoyed the location of this property, the beach was right in front of the house along with places to eat and drink within walking distance. At that said, I could tell that the house hasn’t been dusted in awhile, the lights in the baloney seemed to have no switch or didn’t work at all, so couldn’t you the balcony at night without a flash light and the table seemed gritty. The charcoal grill grate was rusted and the balcony door knob was also rusting and left a undesirable touch to open. The beds were really comfortable and the TVs worked great. I would have given a better review if the property was better maintained and house cleaning was a priority, especially since we are playing good money to stay there.

Started wet, perfect week and ended???

We got there after a very wet and rough week at Surfside under the house was totally covered in water about 2 to 3 inches deep waded through it, unloaded without issue, not a problem went upstairs everything was fine the rest of the week was almost almost rain free. Very nice day I would certainly recommend the house.

Property is poorly managed.

Lock box was broken, had to wait a couple hours for maintenance to assist because on duty employee taking the calls was out of town. No garbage containers for over 3 days, had to ask every day until one was moved from adjacent home to our beach house. Found several broken things in home, no grill, garbage bags in area where an outdoor shower was advertised but was no longer there. Area was beautiful but disappointing due to all the closures from covid. Roof leaked, called and maintenance was sent , he came and never came back, we dealt with a pot in the middle of the room the remainder of our stay. Fuses kept blowing so got really familiar with the fuse box . Home has potential but the employees don't care about their guests stay, even in a financial crisis in their industry. I'll be back to the area but won't be staying with Beachside Rentals again.
