The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful beach house, where every space is designed with your comfort in mind. The heart of the home is the living room, offering ample space to relax and take in the breathtaking beach views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from a refrigerator and oven to a coffee maker and blender, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area provides a comfortable space for enjoying meals together. The house features five well-appointed bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Outside, you'll find a balcony equipped with furniture, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. Take advantage of the charcoal grill for a fun barbecue and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.







Coffee is provided; there is a drip coffee machine as well as a Keurig styled coffee machine (sugar/creamer provided as well). There is a full-sized washer and dryer located upstairs, we provide detergent for your stay. In the bathrooms you will find shampoo, conditioner as well as body wash and towels. BBQ Charcoal Grill provided, make sure to pack charcoal! There are 2 levels to this house, keep in mind the kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom (Queen Room) are located upstairs while the master King room, bunk room, and 2 full bathrooms are located downstairs. This property has a deck at each level, equipped with deck furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with your basic cooking needs. There are beach towels available for your stay, please do not leave these towels at the beach.





To access the Pedestrian Beach, you can take Crab St. This is a 5–7-minute walk or 2-minute drive. Keep in mind you cannot drive on the Pedestrian Beach, you are able to park on Beach Drive which requires a Beach Permit for Parking.



THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT COME WITH A GOLF CART - However, if you are wanting to rent a golf cart, we recommend Sea Cart Rentals and also Surfside Beach Buggy.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.

- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.

- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.

- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided

-Early Check In/Late Check out (NOT AVAILABLE MAY THROUGH AUGUST) is available for an additional 50 dollars. This is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.

-We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell and yellow tint. There is a whole house water filtration system, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.

-Pet Policy Pet Fee: $115 for up to 2 dogs

Additional Dogs: $75 per dog

Maximum number of dogs may apply and must be approved before arrival

Dogs only – No cats or other animals are permitted



Interaction with Guests:
