"The property outside of the rooms is beautiful. The rooms are in desperate need of renovations and you can see how out dated they are. The front desk is very unhelpful. We tried on several occasions asking staff members a question and the response was they didn’t know or download the viva app. The girls in the Heatwave store was more informative of things and helpful than the staff. "I actually did not make the trip, i had complications in travel, so out of the 2 week stay, it was only occupied for less than a week. I had hoped to maybe get some of my money back for that first week, but i did not find out about my cancellation of travel plans until 5 days before check in. My friends did go for some of the 2nd week and reported that the view was gorgeous and the condo was nice. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped. The host was super responsive. It was a perfect getaway; the condo was a short ride from the airport and had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. We walked the beautiful beach and enjoyed the game room in the morning.
