This charming three-bedroom home boasts everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. Spend sunny days at the beach, just a minute's drive away, and unwind in the evenings under the stars on the deck. Fisherman's Horizon is the quintessential casual coastal retreat.

Beach Access: 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the Yucca Ave Public Beach Access!

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend.

Parking: There is room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Fisherman's Horizon offers a bright and airy open floor plan perfect for families. The living area features a large flat-screen TV for movie nights, while the dining table and kitchen island provide ample space for meals and socializing. Three bedrooms are conveniently located off the living and dining area: one with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and a third with a full over full bunk bed. The sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa for additional sleeping space if needed. Two full bathrooms add extra convenience and privacy for larger families.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
