This is a Beachfront home located in Surfside Beach,
The home has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeps 19 people
Perfect for family reunions, weddings, or large gatherings.
* Minimum age to rent is 25 years old
* Request Fri-Fri - 7 night min stay during Peak Season (June - July).

The Beach House is designed with big families or large groups in mind with very nice finishes. Pirateā€™s Treasure has granite countertops thought. The house is built with 10ā€™ high ceilings throughout with a cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind and has plenty of room, stainless steel appliances, and large French door refrigerator with 2 ice makers, lots of counter space and a large 9ā€™ granite island that seats 5 people. Big, fully stocked kitchen with cookware, flatware, dishes, utensils, etc. Dishwasher, Stove with Oven and Glass Cooktop, Microwave, 1 large Refrigerator, 2 small refrigerator and small freezer, Keurig Coffee Brewer, Blender, Toaster Oven The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room area so you can still be part of the group while you cooking a meal. The living room has a large 70' Samsung Smart flat screen TV, AppleTV, Blu-ray/DVD player, stereo with iPod Dock. There is lots of Seating with 3 extra-large leather couches. We have an Outdoor Kitchen with a 5 burner large gas grill. There is a large 12ā€™x42ā€™ covered porch to stay out of the sun and a 22'x42' uncovered deck great for parties and get togethers. Picnic Table and Adirondack Chairs on the Deck This outside deck area you can really enjoy the fantastic views and hear the waves on the beach. We have plenty of parking both on the concrete under the house and in the large driveway for 10 cars. Trash Pickup Twice Weekly. Board Games, Puzzles, Cards, etc.

We had a great time at this beach house! Lots of room for everyone and loved all the beach stuff that was provided. We also loved how close it was to the beach and enjoyed hanging out on the huge deck enjoying the waves and the ocean breeze! We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. There was ample room for all of our kids and grandkids. We spent a ton of time on the huge deck or on the beach. The master is upstairs with a separate living room. Ross was great at communicating and highly accommodating! I highly recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described and the pictures gave a perfectly accurate view of the property. The owner provided us with detailed instructions and information, which we greatly appreciated. We had an amazing time, and are so grateful to the property owner. We hope to be able to go back soon!

This sweet beach house was perfect for our time away with family and friends! The host was very accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond what we expected. The deck is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the outdoors! There were 13 of us and we were more than comfortable in the space. We would definitely love to come back!

We always enjoy our stay at Pirate's Treasure. the house is well appointed and plenty of storage for food and drinks so we don't have to leave the beach to go into town. we especially enjoy having a covered area on the deck as we had some rainy days and could still enjoy being outside.

The ambience is indulging and welcoming. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful even coming from the inside. The set up outside on the deck including downstairs was really thought out very convenient and relaxing.The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. From cookware to bedding, towels including beach supplies. Out of everything the kids room including the well supplied kids toys was an experience i know my kids will have with them forever. Overall it is well worth every penny. Our family will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic home in a great location. Situated on a very wide stretch of beach with spectacular sunrise views from the massive deck. The house comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, we literally left half our gear in the cars! We will be back soon!

We stay in Surfside every year for a week. I would say this is probably the nicest rental we've had so far. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. I initially thought the lack of a walkover would be a downside, but because of the closeness, you absolutely didn't need a walkover and it would have made the trip more cumbersome. Lots of fridge/freezer space which is always needed by our large group. I would also like to note the checkout procedures were by far the simplest we've ever had. There's a good chance we'll be staying here again next year.

Surfside has been our families little getaway spot for over 12 years. This beach house is one of our favorites! The house is so close to the beach that it doesn't even need one of those walkover bridges to get there. You simply walk through the meticulously manicured yard and you are right on the beach. The first thing that struck us was the awesome setup on the deck. Five large high-rise chairs grace the front rails, allowing for hours of gorgeous sea views. There are two other seating areas. One with a large propane fueled fire table, and another nestled comfortably under the shade. An outside counter-top and sink is also accompanied by a fridge and freezer (perfect for larger groups with lots of food and drinks). The inside of the house was spotlessly cleaned, and all of the bedrooms were equally cozy and inviting. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Anyone who "beach houses" often will tell you that the most frustrating thing is to have a kitchen with just the very bare minimum of plates/cups/bowls. This kitchen not only has everything you could possibly need...in some cases it has two or three!! The owner of the property (Ross) was so helpful and the most gracious host you could ever wish for. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the enjoyment of your stay (unlike the bigger companies). 5 stars all around for Ross!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope to see you again real soon.

The house is probably the nicest I've ever rented. It is well maintained, perfect for large groups, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great time at the beach. The deck is spacious and has plenty of seating. Kitchen and bathrooms are clean and updated. Owner was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!
