"The night that we checked in the front desk was questioning what I wanted to book. After explaining that is what we want she still tried to question it. The following morning when I was trying to check out (530am as we had a drive) I waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Knocked on all the staff doors, called the front desk repeatedly and still no on. No where to put my room keys for a drop box.
