A taste of chic comfort in the heart of Fredericksburg. Allie's spot provides unique amenities for your vacationing pleasure. The home is intimate with a lovely lightness and cozy ambiance. Allie's spot has one king bedroom and one queen bedroom with two bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the second has a walk in shower. There is a full kitchen for those who wish to dine in, after having cocktails on the charming hanging bed on the deck. Everything about this house exudes an atmosphere of Hill Country charm.
We do allow dogs | Max. of 2 allowed | Pet fee will apply $45.00 per pet/ per night

***** Rates for this property are based on double occupancy, additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $35 per person per night- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We absolutely loved our stay at Allie’s Spot in Fredericksburg! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The attention to detail was clear—from the welcoming touches inside to the peaceful outdoor space.One of the best parts? Our dogs had just as much fun as we did! They loved exploring the yard and lounging on the porch with us. It’s not always easy to find such a pet-friendly place that also feels like a true retreat.We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and enjoy all that Fredericksburg has to offer. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Definitely will stay again

Updated kitchen and bathrooms, very clean, air conditioning worked great in humid weather. Wish we used the great outdoor space. It is larger than pictured. King bed is very high. Must climb in. One more comfy chair in living area would be great.

We have stayed in vacation rentals for years so we can bring our dogs on vacation with us. Allie’s Spot is our new favorite rental!! It is so convenient to everything, is in a very beautiful walkable area which was great for walking our dogs and it was clean, clean, clean!! Dog paradise

Allie’s Spot is not only a beautiful home, but it’s the best dog friendly place! They thought of everything for our dog, bowls, beds and he even found some toys in the beautiful fenced in backyard! We are getting married April 2025 so we will definitely be staying here for all the planning weekends! Thank you!!

Weekend Wine Trip

Allies Spot was a true gem. It is a cute, two-bedroom home with a large living and dining area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It has a great fenced backyard for our fur ball and three seating areas for the two-legged family members. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Fredricksburg, in a quite neighborhood. Downtown is a short drive (or long walk for the adventurous). We were looking for someplace to call home while we went to wine tastings at wineries, which all require a drive so we were fine with the location of this house. Check in was done completely through text messaging and email. We had no problems during our stay and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful little house near main street

This house was so cute, small but excellent use of space in each room. Pictures were all very accurate and gave an excellent idea of what to expect. I was curious if the yard would be as green IRL as in the photos and it was! Maybe greener. We decided not to bring our dog, but this place would be AMAZING for a dog. Nice sized yard for fetch, sturdy floors for paws, and dog bowls. We had our 13 month old toddler with us, and he had so much space to waddle around the house. Kitchen was well stocked. They left a few goodies for us, chocolates and a cooking sauce, which was a lovely touch. Location is fantastic. It is about a .7 mile walk to downtown, which we did one day. Llanos isn't the most walkable street but we took neighborhood back roads that were very pleasant with a stroller. If you get to downtown before 11-12 though, there's still plenty of parking if you don't feel like walking. Check in was incredibly smooth and the owners were very quick and flexible with communication. Great place to stay in Fredericksburg.

Best place to stay!

This was the best trip and we loved the house! Everything was neat, clean, & smelled good when we arrived. The house overall had everything we needed. The bed, pillows, towels, and coffee were fabulous! Our elderly dog loved the backyard. We sat outside every day enjoying the view, drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sun go down. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Pet Friendly Rental

This is the first time we've traveled with our dogs to a vacation rental and we weren't sure what to expect but this warm and cozy home away from home was really worry free and we all felt welcome immediately. There are so many little touches throughout that let you know that the owners take great care in making sure you enjoy your experience here. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean and even better than the pictures. The dogs loved playing and exploring in the backyard. The house is in a quiet neighborhood in a perfect location minutes from Main street and all that you want to see and do in FBTX. We can't wait to go back!

We had a great stay and our 2 year old Malinois X loved the yard and wide open floor plan, as did we. The location is quiet and very close to downtown and the local doggie store Dogologie. Lots of dog friendly things to do. Next time we are coming at a cooler season, Texas heat was the only thing that wasn’t pet friendly.

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect place for a friends getaway to the Texas wine country! Pristine home full of every comfort and the back porch is wonderful for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Easy access to everything in and out of town. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic in Fredericksburg

You would be hard pressed to find a better property in a better location. The owners were easy to communicate with, check-in and check-out were a breeze and the property is pristine. The neighborhood is ideal for a morning or evening walk. It is very close to downtown and really an ideal starting point for many other adventures. We have stayed in VRBO's all over the country and this one definitely rates in the top 10.

DOG lovers!!!

Allie’s Spot is totally geared for dog lovers. There are dog beds, bowls, toys, and a big fenced in backyard to hang out in. We relaxed around the fire pit or on the deck every evening. The inside space is beautiful with great lighting, tvs in every room, comfortable beds, and the kitchen has what you need if you want to cook. Easy straight road right into town- about 6-7 blocks. Quiet, safe neighborhood for dog walks with lots of interesting architecture. We will definitely stay at Allie’s Spot when we return!

Great little house!

Wonderful house & backyard! Cozy house with hot tub & fire pit! We loved it! My only issue is the large equipment rental store that is very loud and one house away. My other issue was the bathroom cleanliness but it was addressed by the company.
