Town Creek Warren - Suite A | Great Locaton

If you are looking to be within walking distance to everything in Downtown Fredericksburg, this is the perfect place for you. Located just one block north of Main St, this spacious suite is centrally located yet romantic and private.

Inside, you will find everything you need to recoup from a full day in Fredericksburg. Upon entering the suite, the open concept welcomes you into the coffee bar with a bistro table to enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig or the living area where you can relax on a comfy seating group and watch cable TV. The bedroom area has a King sized bed with luxury linens that are changed out periodically according to the season. The wonderful walk-in shower is the focal point of the bathroom, but also provides robes to lounge around in.

In the evenings, head down to the deck where they have an abundance of beautiful potted plants. The shaded deck overlooking Town Creek is the perfect place to sit, unwind and enjoy a glass of wine.

Suite A overlooks Town Creek and the spacious shaded deck but you will also be just a quick walk to the Nimitz Museum and National Museum of the Pacific War as well as all of the wonderful restaurants, shops and festivities Fredericksburg has to offer. The Town Creek Warren is perfect for a romantic weekend or rent both suites for a couples getaway. Either way, it's the ideal place to immerse yourself in everything Fredericksburg has to offer.

The suite is pet friendly and will accept up to two dogs. However, there is a pet fee of $22/dog/night. Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

*Please note that there is a separate suite on the property that might be occupied during your stay. In addition, the driveway and wooden deck are common spaces that are shared between guests of both suites. Also, you will need to climb stairs to reach the suite.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
