- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

In order to comply with the above ordinance, this property is outfitted with audio monitoring and security cameras. The areas monitored by camera are the front porch and parking lot. Audio monitoring is present on the pool deck and in the kitchen. This audio monitoring system only measures decibels and sends a report to the owner when a certain decibel level is reached. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home, and no decibel monitor in any other spaces besides those listed.
