The house is an A-frame, so the main living space opens straight up to the gable window and the view. There are stairs inside, worth knowing if anyone in your group would rather avoid them.

Outside there's a deck with the hot tub, a private patio and an outdoor dining area. The eight acres run downhill toward the Pedernales, with no neighbors in sight and no road noise.
