This property is amazing! Super clean and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on both the patios and loved the hot tub! If you are looking for a place that is close to town but also nice and quiet I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely place to stay. The home was clean and spacious with multiple sitting areas. Having coffee on the front porch was peaceful. This was a short distance from town central. If you plan to visit enchanted rock make reservations a week in advance. The hot tub was mostly clean it has some sand/dirt on the seats but it was still enjoyable.

Girls weekend get away

We booked this property for our girls trip. It was a nice location with lots of pecan trees infront of the house.We visited in winter and it was still a nice view into the hill country from the front porch rockiing chairs. The kitchen was spaceous and each room was comfortable.

The house was stuffy when we arrived. I messaged the host asking if there were any fans. She replied promptly and made sure we were happy. Would definitely stay there again!

Spring Break Getaway

Everything was as advertised and seen in the photos. Very comfortable beds. TVs with Dish. Quiet area. We made breakfast and dinner each day so a few more items in the kitchen would have been helpful but I think we cook more than most do. Grill worked well. There were no negatives about this property.

But I will say, the property manager immediately made it right by letting us slide over to the secondary house on the property and refunded us one nights stay. Best solution for a situation like that. We ended up staying an extra day because the house was available. We’d stay again.

One was the tapwater was sulfuric by smell. Secondly, when one of our guest used your address through Google maps, it took them to Mason Texas. We used our Apple map and it brought us directly to the correct location just an fyi for you.

Beautiful property but poorly maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful and the location very peaceful. We were disappointed to find that the house had not been cleaned properly (we were told that the cleaning service is on as needed basis), but the owner and house keeper addressed the situation promptly. They also provided water since the fridge filtration unit was broken and other minor repairs were done. The property uses well water so it has an expected slight odor, but also had a strong metallic smell. Showers and sinks also had corrosion/tar stains to confirm poor water quality. Some of this should have been disclosed on the property description. We had to clean the oven because it created a lot of smoke from the grease covering the surfaces. The dishes also had to be cleaned before use.

Additionally there’s was numerous dirty dishes in the cabinets. Outside fire pit did not work correctly and would not stay lit, and the grill was falling apart and very rusty. However it was an overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Very Happy

Nice quiet location near Fredericksburg. Beds were very comfortable. Nice new hot tub. We all enjoyed our stay, would definitely use again.
