Amazing girls weekend!
We had a fantastic weekend for our annual girls trip. Check in was a breeze, House was very clean, comfy beds and nice backyard for relaxing at night. Great host and would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a girls weekend!
Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again.

A Great Stay for the Eclipse!
The property and the host were all that is wonderful. Ian took extra steps to make sure our stay was perfect down to leaving a big basket of welcome goodies for my sister's and my birthday. At the last minute, the clouds parted and we even got to view the eclipse as icing on the cake! My entire family has no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone visiting the Texas wine country.

Hill Country Getaway
Took my 80+ year old mother to the Hill Country to see the wildflowers. This was the perfect place to stay. Convenient to Main Street in Fredericksburg and easy to venture out for day trips. So comfortable and plenty of room for the two of us. Asha and Ian were extremely communicative and the check in/check out directions were easy to follow. Lovely coffee bar, too. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it when visiting Fredericksburg.

Great spot to stay for a getaway
This was a great affordable option to stay just a few blocks from downtown FBG. Clean, comfy, and plenty of space to relax. Definitely recommend to others and will probably stay here again.

We had such a great stay at this lovely home. Extremely clean, well decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked and although we didn’t use the outdoor spaces they were beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend and would stay here again when in the area. Thank you Ian!!!

What isn’t to love about Peach Orchard House?!
My husband, parents, baby, and I had the best stay at peach orchard house! It was so cozy, clean, and well laid out! The front porch greets you with the cutest couple of rocking chairs to enjoy some southern charm and out back there’s a wonderful fire pit and cozy back porch. The kitchen is stocked very well and the beds are comfy! There’s a nice little sitting area in the back of the house that provides some additional living space too. The short walk to Main Street was only about 5 or 10 minutes to get to all of the action. The wineries, Enchanted Rock, and LBJ State Park are all within 15-30 minutes driving distance, too. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful! Loved this sweet little home and would recommend it to anyone and everyone of all ages looking to enjoy hill country!

Sister Weekend
The home was perfect for a “Sister Weekend”. The photos in the VRBO web-site were true to how we found the property - quaint; cute & cozy. The beds were VERY comfortable and the location was terrific too. If traveling to Fredricksburg, I’d highly recommend staying here.

Can I give 10 stars?
The property is ADORABLE! It was very clean and so well equipped I worried we were in the wrong house for a couple seconds. You only need to bring your clothes and drinks. Pretty much anything else you’d need is provided. The owner is friendly and easy to reach. We loved our stay! The ONLY way it could have been better is if I could have brought my dog 😊. Even so, I would definitely stay again.

Valentines Get Away
We spent two wonderful days in Fredericksburg at this property. Everything was absolutely perfect. We especially enjoyed mornings in the back yard. Landscaping was stellar. Would highly recommend this property.

Charming house only blocks from Main Street
This house is so cute and comfortable. The decor is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and the owners have thought of every detail. There was a booster seat for my toddler, childrens books, fun family games and a fully stocked kitchen. We loved eating breakfast on the back porch in the morning and stargazing at night. The location of the house is only blocks away from main street and provided the perfect place to come home to after exploring the quaint and historically rich town of Fredricksberg. We would definitely stay here again.

Enchanting!
We were enchanted by this little house. My daughter and I both declared we will live in a house “just like this when we grow up!” The modest amount of space was used perfectly to make the rooms large, without any wasted space. We were captivated by the original wood flooring, complete with the sound I remember from my childhood, as we walked through the house. Both bathrooms are lovely and roomy with updated fixtures. We didn’t use the inviting backyard with a fire pit, but we wished we had time to spend out there. We all enjoyed the cute coffee and tea bar organized by the thoughtful owners. I gave this property five stars because it deserves five stars. However, if one thing could change, it should be adding rails to the front porch. I am a senior with short legs and limited mobility. Without my family to help, I could not have conquered those steps. I fully recommend this property, but seniors might plan to bring something to help them climb those steps.

Girls trip
This property was clean, spacious, and so cute! From the adorable character of the backyard to the beyond comfortable bedding, the owners of this property definitely take their time and care to be amazing hosts! Amazing stay!
We had the most lovely time staying at this property! It was so tidy and cozy and had everything you needed. The proximity to downtown was an added bonus. The home owners checked in with us to ensure we had everything and were extremely responsive too. We most certainly be coming back!

Loved it with a few suggestions
The property checked all of our boxes. Two king bedrooms with private baths, fire pit, dishwasher, well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated. A few suggestions. Both couples were in the 78-80 year range. A hand rail on the crumbly stone steps would be a nice safety addition. Also we ran out of TP and had no Kleenex. So had to buy some of these. The mattress in the back bedroom slopes toward the center. And the barn door for the bathroom won’t stay open without putting something under it. Someone is aware of that problem because the washcloth had already been tucked under the door. All in all we will probably come again. We enjoyed the fire pit and the well equipped kitchen since we cook some. These small suggestions would be easy to fix.

We had a great family time here, it is clear that the owner takes good care of it and I asume enjoys using it and it is not just for renting. Family Visit for Nimitz Museum
This property is lovely and well equipped. We had elderly relatives over for the afternoon after a ceremony at the National Museum of the Pacific War. The two living areas provided ample seating for us to visit awhile and for them to rest before they all left town. We got permission first to have them over and promised they wouldn't get too rowdy - LOL.

Cozy, well appointed family home
Absolutely charming family home with beautiful back yard. This was a perfect home for my family (2 adults and 2 children) while we enjoyed a quick fall trip to Fred for hiking and enjoying the town. Walkable to Main St, wonderful fire pit, decorated in a very charming, homey way. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't right to hand. This home is also very clean and well organized. Ian is an awesome host, and provided excellent communication. Would definitely stay again!

What a utopia Fredricksberg is! And this house is located right in the heart of it, while feeling like you’re in the quiet part of town. Just delightful! Ian & Asha were incredible and helpful hosts. The house is amazing!!!! Beds so comfy! We wanted for nothing. Super clean and family friendly for our toddler, too!

My husband and I just checked out today and we already miss this house so much! We wanted a nice peaceful getaway & we definitely got that and more! Cute house!
This is a super cute little house, inside and out! It’s by far, the most well stocked and organized vacay home I’ve ever stayed in. The large kitchen table was perfect for our late night card games and dominos! The only negative I can think of is that the beds were not comfortable. I shared the king in the master bedroom with my daughter and there is a large sag in the middle, so we kept falling towards each other. Other than that, it was perfect : )

Quaint home with all the modern needs.
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from many of the local hotspots. The host was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of without overwhelming us with ‘must do this must do that’ kind of stay. Home was highlighted with many QR codes for more information when needed. Back patio was inviting and a comfortable place to have morning coffee or to end the day. Kitchen was well equipped and had a great coffee/tea section and even a couple of snacks. I don’t think you could ask for a better host!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described, and even better than we anticipated. Overall, the house was immaculately clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens and the kitchen was spacious and well supplied. We enjoyed grilling and spending an evening around the fire pit. The neighborhood itself was lovely with several beautiful, historical houses. We enjoyed several evening strolls and a walk to Main Street. Given the opportunity we would love to stay here again. In the meantime, we would definitely recommend staying at the Peach Orchard Haus.

Perfect House for a Mom-Friends Getaway
The hosts were incredibly easy to work with right away. Booking and communicating were simple, and I felt prepared by them before arrival. The home's location was perfect- quiet, a few streets from Main, but close enough to walk to the activities. We walked to listen to live music the very first night. The wineries are mostly walking distance, or a very short drive with plenty of nearby parking. And the vineyards are a short drive. Grocery or convenience shopping was simple, as were more local fun shops. The house was larger than we expected, and we all felt the listing didn't do justice to how nice it was! It was a great floorplan for a group, and a great place to gather or split into smaller groups. We really enjoyed the backyard and firepit. And we cooked several meals in the kitchen, which was the best-stocked I've experienced in a vrbo. The house was METICULOUS. I mean, this place was spotless. 5 separate stars to whoever is cleaning it. And the hosts did a fantastic job stocking it with so many thoughtful touches- coffee, creamer, spices, oils, shampoo and body wash.... Each time we needed something that most people wouldn't think to bring, it was right there conveniently located. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely come back for another stay! One additional suggestion- while there, we called Isla with Best Massage (bestfredericksburg.com) to sneak in last minute appointments at her spa. They were all booked, so she offered to come to the house to give all 5 of us amazing massages!

Perfect for a Family Stay!
My wife and I and our parents stayed for a long weekend and the house was perfect for our needs. Firstly, it’s a three bedroom house, with two of the bedrooms having king beds, which is hard to find and was therefore perfect for two adult couples. The house has great flow with essentially two lounges, at the front & back of the house. Kitchen has everything you need for meals. Beds were super comfy and the house is very quiet at night. Bathrooms & showers were perfect, lots of hot water. Location is great as well, under a mile walk to Main Street. We also had some crazy cold rainy weather for a night as well and the house was very warm & cozy, so even it winter it would be a great place to stay. The owners were awesome as well, very communicative, proactively checking in with us to see if we needed anything.

FIVE STAR REVIEW!! My college age children and I were in Fredericksburg for the passing of our father/grandfather. I initially tried to book another VRBO but they took to long to respond and boy am I glad they did. Our stay at Ian and Aysa's house was absolutely perfect! The little extra amenities provided (flavored creamers, wide selection of coffee, cotton balls, Q-tips, great game selection etc.) definitely set them apart from other experiences I have had...it is the little things that make the largest difference! My son actually just called me to tell me how wonderful the past 3 days were and he hopes we can do it again soon...music to a mother of four's heart! I could go on and on but I will end with this...we WILL be back! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PEACH ORCHARD HAUS!

Perfect weekend spot
We had the best annual girls weekend with our cousins. Ian and his wife were perfect hosts with such great immediate communication/response and organization. We slept 7 comfortably (loved the Comphy Sheets bedding btw). We all agreed the house was loaded with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay better than even expected with a more than stocked coffee bar, detailed instructions for how to work certain things, and every necessity you can think of. The location was perfect, plenty of room for 6 cars in the driveway, and we absolutely loved coffee on the back porch and lounging by the fire place. We will definitely be back!!

The Peach Haus is Wonderful!
The Peach Haus had everything we needed for a friends reunion in Fredericksburg! We were impressed with the cleanliness, the guest materials and goodies, and the spaces in this house. We would recommend staying at this wonderful home and would visit again!
