Come stay at the beautiful OsterHaus! This charming, sleek bungalow is centrally located, just a few minutes from historic downtown Fredericksburg. Amenities in the home include king beds, a private hot tub, full kitchen, fire-pit, Smart TV, washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, and more!

Nestled on a quiet street under large shade trees, this home offers the epitome of rest and relaxation. Inside, the minimalistic color palette, modern furniture, original architectural features, and thoughtful touches offer a luxurious vacation experience without sacrificing the comforts of home. The living room is amply sized with plenty of seating for the whole family. Just off the living room is the spacious full kitchen with the original scalloped trim old-Fredericksburg cabinetry and farmhouse sink. The open floor-plan of this main area creates the perfect place for family brunch or movie nights with friends!

Down the hall you will find two bedrooms, each with king beds. The shared full bath has a large vanity and walk-in shower. Also in the bathroom is a washer/dryer combo exclusively for guest use, lending the perfect convenience to the home.

Outside, the large backyard is populated with old-growth trees, providing privacy and shade. The wood deck is outfitted with comfortable seating and nearby is the private hot tub. There is an additional seating area around the wood burning fire-pit, making this home the perfect place to host a family get-together or wine weekend with the girls!

Please note, per enforced city ordinance:
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis but this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.
