The Space:

The home is now a duplex! A private suite has been added to the back of the property and is rented separately. The only shared space is the driveway, everything else is completely private. La Belle Vie is the front unit, offering full privacy and comfort. Traveling with another couple or a group of four? Send us a message, we’d love to help you reserve both units! We may even be able to offer a special discount when booking both spaces.



- There is no cable at the house. We don't advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV's + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!

- This property is NOT pet-friendly.



- This property is not suitable for children/infants.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
