Harold, I am so sorry were less than comfortable in your room. Unfortunately, that room feels a bit “crowded” with two chairs, however, we encourage our guests to make use of the additional chairs in the hallway. While I can’t do too much about the shower, I would be happy to look into a shelf for the bathroom, thank you for your suggestion! In regards to the outlets, we have ten available in the bedroom area, so I’m not sure how many more we could get in there or if it was USB outlets you were referring to; would love to know so I can look into that if need be. Although our cable is basic, we do have cable TV n all our guest rooms. Would love to have you back again, as we thoroughly enjoyed having you and Susan stay with us this past week! Thank you so much for your feedback, I certainly do appreciate that.
