This spacious four-bedroom farmhouse blends new, modern conveniences with historic character and country charm. Its four amazing porches (two upstairs and two downstairs) invite you to picnic,play yard games, or relax, connect with nature, and enjoy the lovely landscapes of the Texas Hill Country. Located on the famous Highway 290 Wine Trail and only seven miles from downtown Fredericksburg, you’ll have easy access to wineries, restaurants, shopping, and historic attractions while still enjoying a countryside retreat.
With over 3,000 square feet of living space, the home is ideal for family gatherings, retreats, friend getaways, and extended stays. Guests can enjoy two spacious living rooms, each with beautiful hardwood floors, vintage charm, and large windows that bring in abundant natural light. These rooms are outfitted for dining, setting up board games, singing together around the piano, or cheering you favorite sports teams on TV. The adjacent porches provide the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, sunset views, and peaceful Hill Country evenings.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with pristine white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher, making it easy to entertain your group. A private laundry room is also available for added convenience during longer stays.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom which features a double bed and which also connects to the Sunrise Porch with two twin beds.
Guests will love the convenient location near many of Fredericksburg’s most popular attractions. The historic downtown district offers numerous boutiques, restaurants, museums, galleries, and local markets. Wine lovers can explore the renowned Highway 290 Wine Trail, including nearby Grape Creek and Becker Vineyards. Nature and hiking enthusiasts value climbing Enchanted Rock (Please be advised to make a reservation ahead of time.). Luckenbach, Texas, with its famous dance hall and general store, is located just six miles away, and the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park is only ten miles from the home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
