Draco at the Retreat

You`ll love this unique & romantic escape under the stars. This hard shelled bubble has curtains for privacy that you can upen up to see the Milky Way on clear nights. Enjoy the hot tub while sipping on some local Texas wine and warm up by the fire pit or dry off in the hammock. Come inside for a hot shower & watch a flick on the Smart Tv. The mini split keeps you comfortable all year long. Draco provides everything needed for a luxurious stay including a mini fridge and freezer.

Disclaimer: During warmer days, have no expectation of hanging out inside the bubble between 10:30am and 30 minutes before sunset. You can sit outside, get in hot tub, turn on firepit, lay in hammock or go explore Wine Country. Sleeping and mornings are the only times you can remain inside comfortably.

Not recommended when temperatures are below 20 degrees or over 90 degrees.

Pets are $75 each plus tax.

4pm check in and 11am check out. $35 for early check in and late checkout. Inquire first if early check in or late checkout is available.

There’s no way to cook a meal or eat in the dome. We expect all guests to eat in town a few minutes away. If you want to bring a grill, you would have to bring everything needed. We only provide a Keurig, k-cups, sugars, dry creamer, stirrer, 2 mugs, two wine glasses, and a wine opener.

Hot tub cleaner will come every Friday between 11am-4pm. Please allow access.

We built this dome in the middle of Nature and you may see critters like Scorpions, Wasps, Bees, and Black Widow Spiders. Snakes while never seen could be a possibility. We have quarterly pest control and monthly in the summer. No refunds if you encounter pests. You get to exterminate or liberate any pests you see.
