Inside the living room you will find many comforts of home. Relax on the cushioned antique wood loveseat and two wing-backed chairs, which are placed to enjoy enhanced HD cable programming on the 43-inch flat screen television and HD DVD player, which sit on an antique medicine cabinet. A wood-burning stove framed by limestone rock adds warmth to the living room on a cozy winter evening. High pitch beadboard ceilings, wood floors and an array of tasteful antiques create a special aura combining the old with the new. Unique copper shutters on the windows filter the hill country morning's light.

The full kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped. The stainless steel cookware and full array of utensils and dinnerware allow those epicurean-minded souls the tools to be creative. The décor in the kitchen is a decorator's delight with the tile countertops and pine cabinets. An antique table seats four. Enjoy the arrow-backed oak bar stools while sitting at the bar that opens into the kitchen from the living room. The second bedroom has two twin beds also topped with quilts and fluffy pillows, as well as luxury linens. In the adjacent bathroom you will find a shower and luxury towels for your bathing pleasure. There is plenty of room for your suitcases and hanging clothes in each bedroom's roomy walk-in closet. The twin bedroom also has a small television with cable and VCR and many VHS movies.

An outdoor patio with cushioned patio furniture and an umbrella awaits you out back and to the side of the cottage. You will see many species of birds frolicking in the vegetation that includes large pecan trees, a pear tree and fig trees, not to mention the Crepe Myrtles.
