The Space:

An open-concept floorplan provides plenty of room in this four-bedroom two bath home. As you walk into the living room, a large sectional sofa with a built-in chaise lounge offers a comfortable place to gather. The open space of the living room, kitchen, and dining area allows everyone to interact with one another, whether you are lounging in the living room or are the chef of the group cooking up a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen.



At the end of the night, when bedtime calls, each bedroom is outfitted with quality bedding and comfortable mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms 1 and 4 have king-sized beds, while bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen-sized beds. The hallway bathroom features a tub/shower combo, while the en-suite bathroom has a stand-up shower.



The theme of adorable goats is featured throughout the home. The inspiration for the name "Billie Goat Haus" comes from the mascot of Fredericksburg, which happens to be the Billy Goat. Fredericksburg is rich in "Billie Pride" and is ready to welcome you to a beautiful piece of the Hill Country!

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1.Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be provided once booking is completed.

2.Not all properties are equipped with cable. Guests must ensure they have access to their own streaming services if desired

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
