Bella Manor house is a stunning hill country vacation rental in Fredericksburg located just two blocks north of Main Street. It is home to two beautiful suites, the Main Suite which is a large three bedroom, three bath suite with large dining room and full kitchen, and the Carriage Suite which is a cozy one bedroom, one bath suite. Each suite has a private entrance and unique distinguishing features. The original home was located at the old Fredericksburg Icehouse. Noted builder, Tony Martin, used the beautiful beams, the kitchen and the sunroom as a base around which to build the current Hill Country style home. The third suite is the exquisite Lavender Suite, a romantic retreat that is just perfect for a quiet getaway!
The Lavender Suite is located in the peaceful, back portion of the home and boasts beaded board ceilings, hardwood floors and fabulous furnishings! Guests will appreciate the amazing attention to detail found throughout. The open floor plan includes an elegant sitting area which opens to the full kitchen and dining area. The private bath includes a marble tiled whirlpool tub/shower combo.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The house is amazing. We rented the whole place out and it was perfect for 5 couples. Communication was excellent and we had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Súper Cute and GREAT House

We surprised my mom for her 70th birthday and it was SO fun! Everyone pretty much had their own room because there were so many! We never used the hot tub but we were busy walking into town and just chatting it up! Great location, had everything we needed and the management staff was quick to respond!

Perfect location for walking to Main Street

10 STARS!

The property is, first of all, beautiful! Then it was clean, clean, clean! Easiest of rental properties I’ve stayed at by far and would HIGHLY recommend. We were a party of 10 and the house more than accommodated us. Then the plus was not having a chore list when we left. Cant say enough !

Fantastic getaway!

Perfect Girls Trip

If you are looking for the PERFECT place to stay…look no more! We rented the whole property, as we had a party of 10. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is just beautiful; so many cool details and features. This is a MUST STAY property!

Fantastic Location -- Perfect for Girls' Trip

We loved this house and location. It was perfect for the five of us on a weekend trip. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, plus three bedrooms have their own fridge and coffee makers.

Excellent home for friends!

The trip to Fredericksburg was for a business retreat and this home was perfect for our group of 5. This was a mixed group of married men and women, and what made this house perfect for us was the fact that we could all enjoy privacy with private entrances to most of the rooms. The living area was spacious and perfect for our meetings. The home was so charming and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the extra large claw foot bathtub! I felt right at home as did all of the guests.

Good Place - Could be Great

Overall the house was clean and location was good. We traveled with 4 adult couples and rented the entire home. Layout was good with a bathroom for each bedroom. If you are renting the entire home, you may need to cut through another bedroom or go outside to get from the back suite to the main living space. Not a huge deal, but worth noting if you are filling all the rooms. Living and kitchen were spacious. The sunroom area was great for coffee or wine. Backyard had a clean hot tub with privacy. Absolute Charm rental firm was helpful and available. Now a few negatives. The home needs just a little TLC. The dryer was broken - when contacting the rental company they mentioned the owner had been notified to repair it, but sounded like this has been an ongoing issue. A few other small things were showing wear and a little lack of maintenance. Middle bathroom shower was missing the decorative portion of the knobs. At least 2 of the rooms were missing the fan remotes with no alternative way to adjust the speed. With a great home in a town with high occupancy rates, I would expect the owner to put more time into making the rental nicer. Again, nothing negative about my experience with the rental company - Absolute Charm.

Family Girl Weekend Bridal Shower

The beds were very comfortable. We hosted a family bridal shower for my son’s bride. Other family groups stayed at other rentals, but joined us for the shower. It was perfect! Definitely will stay here again!

Girls Weekend

We stayed at Bella Manor for a wonderful girls bachelorette weekend. Communication with the property management was timely, we had a small issue with one room not cooling but it was addressed quickly and we had no further issues. It was a great space and the location so close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. For a big house for larger groups I recommend updating some of the rusty oven pans and adding some nice serve platters for charcuterie boards etc and we couldn’t find a cutting board. Overall these little things did not spoil our stay at this well loved property.

Gorgeous house, great service

Bella Manor is a beautiful space. My family loved it. The service was impeccable-- they called us the day we checked out to let us know that they had found a gold necklace-- my daughter hadn't even realized she had left it. They mailed it to us free of charge!

Location was great. We had a wonderful time. If you plan on doing any cooking, you need to bring most everything. There was some algae in the hot tub. If you have bad allergies, there was some mold in the house. Make sure to bring medication.
