"Air conditioning worked great"

"The house was perfect for our family visit! It was super cute, clean, and the layout was wonderful!"

"I was a single, female traveler on this particular trip. I felt very safe. The living area and bedroom are quite large. Wood's Market is close by which offers pre-cooked meals and sushi for an easy dinner option."

"Great property for a large group. Property was not in guest ready shape when we arrived, but host was quick to respond and address the issues. Homes in neighborhood are VERY close together, so if you are seeking a private getaway this wouldn’t be the home for you, but that wasn’t an issue for our family getaway."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Worked very good for our needs. My only thing would be that it would be very good if it had any handicapped equipped things. I had not ask for that in my booking. So that is my error. But it was a nice house and very clean"

"Overpriced for what you actually get. The host was very responsive and helpful. We booked this because we are golfers and wanted a golf simulator. However, the simulator is not very accurate and the whole setup is dated. We have a simulator at home and this doesn't compare. If you are a golfer you likely wouldn't even use the simulator. The hot tub needs cleaned and was very dirty. We finally found the shock for it way on top of the fridge. Likely hadn't been shocked in awhile. 2 of the theater...

"Great location, beautiful home and quiet stay"

"Everything was as good as expected! Definitely worth the stay compared to other locations"

"Very nice house with many amenities and at a very reasonable price. Comfortable beds and ample sleeping/lounging areas. The arcade/game room was fun and there were many other games inside and outside to keep the kids busy. Also not a terribly long drive to Downtown Denver for events."

"Clean organized property. Location allowed me to visit Rocky Mountain national park Boulder, red rocks and pikes peak"
